Service Description

In this service, I will go through each connection point and ensure your locs are going to stand the test of time. Different factors can affect an install, looser hair textures, getting sick, postpartum shedding. This helps slow down any chance of slippage.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance. A deposit is required to secure your booking. To cancel or reschedule your appointments please Contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. If cancellations are made within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service. There is also a late fee that will be enforced if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. After 30 minutes, you will face possible cancellation and you’ll lose your deposit. A no call no show will result in a charge to the card on file of 50% of your service. Please understand that when you are late to your appointment, it affects all other appointments that come after you. Please let’s respect everyone’s time and of course I’ll do everything I can to be respectful of your time.
